AI for Real Estate: Lead to Close is the RiseCert Industry Track for real estate professionals. Five video courses follow the shape of your business, from the first inquiry to the closing table, and show exactly where AI earns you time and where your judgment, your license, and your relationships stay in charge. Every lesson is written for agents, team leads, and brokers, not technologists, and every example is a real-world scenario from a working brokerage.
You will learn how buyers and sellers are already using AI to search, how listings surface, and how top producers spend the hours AI gives back. You will write listing descriptions, campaigns, and follow-up sequences at a volume no solo agent could sustain by hand, and keep them accurate, on-brand, and fair. You will read an automated valuation like a professional, knowing when to trust the number and when to override it, and explain your pricing to a client with confidence. You will use document AI to summarize contracts, extract deadlines, and catch errors across the transaction, with the licensee still accountable for every signature. And you will finish with the fair-housing practices that keep AI-generated marketing, chatbots, and screening on the right side of the law, and a brokerage that can prove it.
Each course runs as three modules of five focused lessons, around five to six minutes each, with a knowledge check after every lesson. Watch on any device at your own pace and earn a certificate for each completed course. The full track is 75 lessons and about 7 hours of video, designed to fit around showings and closings over a few weeks.
Licensed agents, team leads, transaction coordinators, and broker-owners who want to use AI to win more business without putting their license, their clients, or their brokerage at risk. New to AI? Start with the RiseCert AI Foundations bundle, then take this track.
This track is training, not legal, appraisal, or brokerage-compliance advice. Your broker’s policies, your licensing rules, and local law govern how AI is used in your practice.
