AI for Retail & E-Commerce is the RiseCert Industry Track for retail and online commerce professionals. Five video courses follow the shape of the business, from planning and buying to the storefront, the checkout, and the service desk, and show exactly where AI earns margin and where your judgment, your customers’ trust, and your people stay in charge. Every lesson is written for merchants, e-commerce and marketing teams, loss-prevention staff, and store managers, not technologists, and every example is a real-world scenario from a working retailer.
You will learn where AI creates margin across six links of the value chain and the rules and risks around customer data, pricing, generated content, people, and security. You will run recommenders, personalized campaigns, AI search, and service assistants and measure them honestly against a holdout, without letting personalization turn creepy. You will read a demand forecast’s range and drivers, use AI in assortment, allocation, and markdowns, and override it on the record when the merchant knows better. You will work fraud alerts on returns, gift cards, payments, and accounts, verify through channels you choose, and treat flagged customers fairly. And you will finish with the floor habits that let store teams use AI schedules, task lists, and kiosks well without following them blindly.
Each course runs as three modules of five focused lessons, around five to six minutes each, with a knowledge check after every lesson. Watch on any device at your own pace and earn a certificate for each completed course. The full track is 75 lessons and about 7 hours of video, designed to fit around store hours and seasonal peaks over a few weeks.
Merchandisers, planners, category managers, e-commerce and CRM teams, marketing, loss-prevention and security staff, store managers, and associates who want to use AI to win margin and serve customers better without putting customer trust, customer data, or the store team at risk.
