Who should take the training?
Anyone who touches AI at work, which today is most of your staff. No AI experience is needed: the AI Foundations track starts from zero, role courses cover Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, IT and more, and managers have their own leadership courses.
How much time does it take?
Lessons run four to six minutes and a course takes about an hour. An employee assigned the full allocation of 10 courses spends roughly 10 hours over the year, at their own pace.
How much admin work is it for us?
Setup takes a few minutes: create your admin account, add people by team and assign courses or a track. After that, automatic reminders chase overdue learners and team leads can see and manage their own people, so the admin's job is mostly reading the dashboard.
How is this different from free AI videos online?
Free content teaches whoever happens to watch it. RiseCert gives you a structured catalog built for workplaces, knowledge checks that confirm people understood the lesson, assignments by team, and a dated record of who completed what. Anyone can still try three lessons free before you buy.
What does an employee receive when they finish a course?
A Certificate of Completion for that course, awarded for successfully completing the course requirements, plus a completion record in your Command Center. There are no separate certification products or credit systems.
How does billing work?
Starter and Growth are annual plans paid up front: $900 a year for Starter and $1,200 a year for Growth. The monthly figures on this page are the monthly equivalent of that annual charge; there is no month-to-month option. Enterprise is priced in your agreement.
How do we add seats, and when is Growth the better deal?
Each seat is for one named employee. Extra seats cost $180 a year on Starter ($15 a month equivalent) and $120 a year on Growth ($10 a month equivalent). Because Growth includes ten seats and cheaper extras, it usually costs less than Starter from seven employees upward, and we show you that comparison before you buy extra seats. The choice of plan always stays yours.
