AI for Healthcare & Medical Practices is the RiseCert Industry Track for clinical, administrative, and practice-management professionals. Five video courses follow the shape of the care day, from the patient message to the note, the code, and the tool decision, and show exactly where AI earns you time and where your judgment, your license, and your duty to the patient stay in charge. Every lesson is written for clinicians, nurses, front-office and billing staff, and practice administrators, not technologists, and every example is a real-world scenario from a working practice.
You will learn where AI genuinely helps across administrative work, documentation, patient communication, and clinical decision support, and how it fails plausibly. You will use ambient scribing, summarization, coding suggestions, and inbox triage while the clinician stays accountable for every word that carries their name. You will draft reminders, portal replies, and education materials with AI while holding the line between information and medical advice. You will keep protected health information out of tools that can’t receive it, approve tools with a five-part checklist, and know the first hour of a breach response. And you will finish with the questions and the evaluation framework that tell you whether a clinical AI tool is safe to let near a care workflow.
Each course runs as three modules of five focused lessons, around five to six minutes each, with a knowledge check after every lesson. Watch on any device at your own pace and earn a certificate for each completed course. The full track is 75 lessons and about 7 hours of video, designed to fit between patients and around clinic schedules over a few weeks.
Physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, front-office, billing, and compliance staff, and practice administrators who want to use AI to give time back to patient care without putting patients, protected health information, or the practice at risk. New to AI? Start with the RiseCert AI Foundations bundle, then take this track.
This track is training, not legal, clinical, or HIPAA-compliance advice. Your organization’s policies, your licensing board, and federal and state law govern how AI is used in your practice.
