AI for Financial Services & Banking

AI for Financial Services & Banking, RiseCert Industry Track, 5-course track

AI for Financial Services & Banking is the RiseCert Industry Track for banking, lending, insurance, and wealth management professionals. Five video courses follow the shape of your institution, from the client conversation to the credit memo and the examination file, and show exactly where AI earns you time and where your judgment, your regulatory duties, and your client relationships stay in charge. Every lesson is written for advisors, lenders, analysts, operations staff, and compliance teams, not technologists, and every example is a real-world scenario from a supervised institution.

You will learn where AI is actually landing across lending, advisory, payments, servicing, and the back office, and the regulatory frame around it, including fair lending, adverse-action reasons, vendor models, and examination-ready records. You will let an AI assistant take the first pass on meeting prep, commentary, and client messages while every duty attached to advice stays with you. You will recognize the four families of AI-enabled fraud and defeat them with out-of-band verification, dual control, and blame-free reporting. You will apply model risk management to AI tools you didn’t build, test fairness, and keep documentation that survives an exam. And you will finish with an analysis standard that keeps AI-assisted research, reporting, and forecasting accurate, auditable, and independent.

This track is training, not legal, regulatory, or investment advice. Your institution’s policies, your regulators’ guidance, and applicable law govern how AI is used in your role.
