AI for Manufacturing & Supply Chain

AI for Manufacturing & Supply Chain, RiseCert Industry Track, 5-course track

AI for Manufacturing & Supply Chain is the RiseCert Industry Track for manufacturing and supply chain professionals. Five video courses follow the shape of the operation, from the production line and the maintenance bay to the planning office, the warehouse, and the delivery route, and show exactly where AI earns time and where your judgment, your safety rules, and your qualified people stay in charge. Every lesson is written for frontline workers, technicians, planners, supervisors, and plant leaders, not technologists, and every example is a real-world scenario from a working plant.

You will learn what the screens, alerts, and suggestions arriving on the floor actually do, where they go wrong, and how to work with them safely and confidently. You will treat every predictive-maintenance alert and machine-vision detection as a lead, not a verdict, and verify, prioritize, and document what it produces. You will use AI demand forecasts, safety-stock and purchase recommendations, supplier risk signals, and route plans while the decision, and the record of it, stays with a person. You will use AI to draft work instructions, translate procedures, spot hazards, and ease near-miss reporting while qualified people keep every safety decision. And you will finish with the everyday habits and the incident response order that keep industrial AI and OT systems from becoming the open door into the plant.

What’s included

  • AI on the Factory Floor & in the Supply Chain — what is arriving on lines, in warehouses, on routes, and in planning, what it means for your job and your data, acting on alerts, keeping safety decisions with qualified people, and reporting tool failures so they get fixed. 15 lessons.
  • Predictive Maintenance & Quality with AI — verifying, prioritizing, and documenting predictive-maintenance alerts and machine-vision detections, separating false alarms from real failures and correlation from cause, and honest outcomes over flattering dashboards. 15 lessons.
  • AI-Optimized Inventory, Demand Planning & Logistics — reading forecast error and bias, questioning service targets, triaging supplier signals, reviewing contracts and routes, and measuring outcomes against an honest baseline. 15 lessons.
  • Workforce Augmentation & Safety with AI — AI for work instructions, floor questions, translations, hazard spotting, and near-miss reporting, the verification habit, privacy principles for monitoring, blame-free reporting, and honest communication about jobs. 15 lessons.
  • Securing Industrial AI & OT Systems — what an attack on a plant puts at risk, how AI systems themselves become targets, credentials, approved media and tools, verified changes, fast reporting, clear ownership, vendor questions, and a plant-ready incident response order. 15 lessons.

How it works

Each course runs as three modules of five focused lessons, around five to six minutes each, with a knowledge check after every lesson. Watch on any device at your own pace and earn a certificate for each completed course. The full track is 75 lessons and just under 7 hours of video, designed to fit around shifts and production schedules over a few weeks.

Who it’s for

Operators, maintenance technicians, reliability and quality engineers, planners, buyers, logistics coordinators, supervisors, EHS staff, and IT and OT teams who want to use AI to run a safer, more reliable operation without putting people, production, or plant know-how at risk. This track is training, not safety, engineering, or cybersecurity-compliance advice. Your company’s policies, your safety and quality standards, and applicable law govern how AI is used in your operation.
