AI for Hospitality & Tourism

AI for Hospitality & Tourism, RiseCert Industry Track, 5-course track

AI for Hospitality & Tourism is the RiseCert Industry Track for hotel, restaurant, and tourism professionals. Five video courses follow the guest journey, from discovery and booking to the stay, the bill, and the review, and show exactly where AI earns your team time and where your judgment, your brand, and the guest relationship stay in charge. Every lesson is written for general managers, front-office and guest-services teams, operations leaders, and revenue and marketing managers, not technologists, and every example is a real-world scenario from a working property.

You will learn what AI changes at the front desk, in housekeeping and maintenance, in food and beverage, and in sales and revenue, and how to bring every shift along. You will deploy and supervise a guest assistant that answers the questions your desk hears fifty times a day, in any language, at any hour, and hands off cleanly to a person. You will use AI staffing forecasts, schedules, food orders, housekeeping boards, and maintenance queues while a named person keeps every consequential decision and safety jumps every queue. You will read a rate recommendation as an input you accept, adjust, or override with a recorded reason. And you will finish with the review, marketing, and reputation practices that use AI’s speed without publishing anything fake, incentivized, or misleading.

  • Reputation, Reviews & AI-Powered Marketing — the weekly review readout, the draft-edit-sign process, the lines on fake reviews and edited imagery, consent-based campaigns, and the first hours of a reputation event. 15 lessons.
